不睡午觉,怕下午没精神。睡午觉,午休时间短,浅浅睡一会又休息不够,更怕一睡着,就睡过头,不仅耽误事儿,睡久了还头昏脑胀。
相信很多人都遇到过这样的烦恼,到底有没有方法让人短时间就能休息得很好呢?
还真有!斯坦福大学神经生物学安德鲁·休伯曼教授团队提出了一种方案:非睡眠深度休息(Non-Sleep Deep Rest,NSDR)。这种方法让人不用进入深度睡眠状态,但却在10分钟就可以让你的大脑和身体获得较好的休息和恢复!
